South Pandosy Real Estate
As one of Kelowna’s oldest and most established neighbourhoods, the area of South Pandosy hosts a variety of heritage homes in a range of styles. These vary from the large and luxurious, to cozy cottages and bungalows further east from the lake shores.
Some of these homes are around the 1,000 square foot range, with rear alley parking, and single attached garages. These homes display a mix of mid to late-20th century styles, including minimal traditional cottages with vinyl siding and exterior shutters, to mid-century suburban homes with split-level or garrison designs, white over red-brick facades, and simple unadorned windows.
Homes in the more western portions of South Pandosy are larger, under tall mature trees, with strong traditional elements like loft spaces, tall steep gables, dormer windows, and beautiful yards.
Recent zoning changes have allowed an influx of stylish new condo buildings adding to the variety and density of the area. The zoning changes have also allows some modifications and additions to existing structures, so today the area of South Pandosy exhibits tremendous character and eclectic flair.

Moving eastward, there are neighborhoods of small homes and condo apartment buildings, the Okanagan College Campus, and then the area transitions into a mix of homes, farms, fields, and orchards.
