Nicole fell in love with real estate after purchasing her 1st home privately in 2014. From the searching and viewing numerous homes, to the entire negotiating process, she knew she found her true passion. In 2016 she got licensed and has never looked back. Over the years, she has learned how to listen to her clients, to find their wants and needs, and to work her butt off to make sure they "love where they live", while keeping great communication along the way. After hundreds of transactions, she prides herself in making each deal as effortless and seamless as possible, and to bring joy and excitement along the way. On Nicole's off time you can find her boating, paddleboarding, running, cycling, or having quality time with her husband of 14 years and their 3 year old baby boy. Nicole truly values family, friends, and real estate. She loves nothing more than handing over the keys on possession day!
