Michelle Eisen

Michelle Eisen is the Executive Assistant to Nick Hazzi at Vantage West Realty who
manages all things admin while keeping Nick on track with his schedule.
With a passion for real estate, a professional education in management, and wealth of
administrative experience, Michelle makes it all look easy.
She holds a Management Studies Diploma (with distinction) from MacEwan, an Event
Management Certificate from Mount Royal, and a Human Resources Management
certificate from the University of Calgary. Her passion for details, organization, and
continuous improvement shines through her work and helps our firm operate at our
highest potential.
Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Michelle moved to Kelowna in 2018 to escape from the
freezing prairie winters and be closer to her family. She’s now an active member of our
community and visits a senior’s care home with her therapy dog Fin twice a month and
cheerleads in sports for 3 growing teenage kids.
When she gets time to herself, you can spot her paddleboarding on Lake Okanagan,
planning her next holiday, or getting lost in a good book.
