Joel Sherlock - Director

Majoring in finance with a minor in marketing, Joel excels with creative marketing solutions and can advise his clients and agents on the detailed financial aspects that are required for our ever changing real estate market.

An extensive sales background coupled with his drive and entrepreneurial spirit has led Joel to a number of successful start-ups. While working with BMW Canada, Joel won numerous achievement awards including 2 consecutive years in the prestigious Master's Club designation, when he left he was 2nd in Canada for new sales volume.

Joel will happily tell you of the humble beginnings of his own real estate portfolio starting with small fix and flips progressing to near tear downs and cash flow properties. Joel has built a team of professionals who can help you with any project you may not wish to tackle alone.

AJ is a 20 year Kelowna resident who enjoys the active, healthy lifestyle offered by the Okanagan Valley region. When business is over for the day, you can find AJ volunteering and training at the Kelowna boxing club, or playing one of the many other sports he enjoys including golf, baseball, hockey and skiing. A love of travel has led AJ all over the globe, learning about the world, meeting new people and broadening his horizons. AJ plays an increasingly active role in the community, serving with the Mt. Boucherie expansion society and other professional organizations.

Prior to his career at Vantage West, Lucas was in marketing where he made his start as Project Manager for SARRAS Inc. Here he perfected the fundamentals of Strategic Consulting while managing multiple, multi-million dollar accounts. While attending the University of Calgary Lucas honed his sales skills, reaching top 10 provincial and national sales with some of Canada's largest companies including Glentel/Cabtel, Rogers Communications, and Sony Canada. In his time there he gained the experience and abilities to generate and maintain a great customer experience in each and every situation. His involvement with intricate and large corporate deals to the more personal one-on-one contracts, has given Lucas the flexibility and confidence to be comfortable in any business environment.

Nick Hazzi - Realtor

Nick has happily called Kelowna home for over 20 years due to its climate, vast range of activities available and the incredible community he has grown to love. Nick enjoys the active lifestyle this region has to offer from wakeboarding and mountain biking in the summer to snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter.

Nick had maintained a consistent sales record at a Kelowna franchise earning recognition as one of their top sales associates in Canada; each year of employment.

The travel bug then got a hold of Nick and placed him in the South Pacific for 3 years. From living on a self sufficient island with a Papua New Guinean tribe to sand boarding on the Northern Tip of New Zealand, Nick has developed a great sense of character judgement along with a sharpened eye for opportunity.

Upon homecoming he began working at Vantage West Realty as an Un-licensed assistant to one of the busiest Realtors in the valley. Over the next year Nick was then able to confirm that the real estate industry was a perfect match for his charismatic personality and salesmanship. He then set out to obtain his real estate license.  Now licensed Nick has joined the Team Hazzi Real Estate Group as our listing specialist.

We are extremely excited to have Nick join us and can confidently say he is a great asset to not only our team but to our clients. Nick’s honesty, charisma, keen eye for detail and strong negotiating skills allow him to turn a sometimes daunting procedure into a refreshing and exciting real estate experience!

Jane's focus was to expand her knowledge and find her niche and passion in the real estate market which she did, and became a specialist in Recreational Real Estate and Developments. 

Jane has built relationships with people from all over the world and helped each individual discover just the right home for them and their family. Working in different fields of real estate has brought her skill and expertise.

While working on developments Jane has had the pleasure of being a part of Rare Earth Marketing, Land Launch Marketing and Rennie Marketing.
